This Tech Support portal is a digital one-stop shop where Accenture employees go to find solutions, request services, check the status of a case, and see personalized alerts.



Accenture is a global consulting and professional services giant. I was responsible for the UX and design of their internal Tech Support website, which is visited over 15,000 times a day by Accenture employees.

The new support website brings a better experience to visitors by implementing a minimal, bold design that evolved around user feedback.
